Immigration Psychological Evaluations
An immigration psychological evaluation is a professional assessment of an individual’s mental health and emotional well-being, conducted as part of the immigration process in the U.S. These evaluations provide critical information for immigration courts, helping determine whether a person should be allowed to stay in the United States. They document any mental health conditions and assess the potential emotional and psychological impact of deportation on the individual and their family.

Fitness for duty evaluations
Assessments for law enforcement, first responders, and military personnel requiring psychological clearance to perform their duties.
A Fitness for Duty Assessment (FFD) is a mental health evaluation conducted by a psychologist to determine whether an employee is mentally capable of performing the essential functions of their job. These assessments are typically initiated when concerns arise that an employee’s mental health may be affecting their ability to work effectively.
Employers may request an FFD to help ensure workplace safety, manage risk, and maintain productivity.
